You asked what I meant when I said: I’m here... I’m here for you. I’m working on me so I am happy with my trajectory. I’m here for myself because I love you and I want to be here for you. I’m here until you say you know you don't want me to be.

I’m here. If you feel like no one else is, please remember I am. If you feel like you have no one to talk to, know, you have me. If you feel sad or overwhelmed or worried, know I am here; to support you, to listen, to just sit with, to offer advice if you want it, to hug you if you need to cry, to hear your options of solutions and help make them happen, to be your accountability person. I’m here. For whatever you need me to be.

Yesterday I said I’m here for the good, bad, ugly, happy and hard. I’m here for all of it and all of you. And I mean it with every cell in my body.

You are not broken,

You are not messed up,

You are not unwanted,

You are not alone,

You are not unlovable.

I am here for you because I want to be because I love you.
